Monetizing your game successfully can be very intimidating, but Unity is here to help. This session will explore good Microtransaction (MTX) design principles, how to use them to protect your players, and some solutions Unity can offer to successfully monetize your game.

Bio

My name is Matt Dondelinger and I am senior developer advocate focusing on monetization and player engagement. Prior to joining Unity I spent nearly 15 years in the video games industry working for companies such as THQ, Bioware, and Bethesda. My focus was monetization design and worked on amazing games like Star Wars: The Old Republic and Fallout 76. Currently I am empowering design teams with Unity's tools and solutions.
